
WHY LOANS AND DRONES?
About 6 years ago I picked up a drone "as a hobby" for $2100.. That hobby turned into side hustle that lead to much more because of the relationships it created in my own world of mortgages.. The dilemma? More and more people began to ask for the "Drone Guy" not the "Loan Guy" It was until I asked a very successful millionaire this simple question.. "can you run two business' at the same time" Answer: "YES!, but DON'T let the smaller one get in the way of the bigger one!" On that day the slogan "LOANS AND DRONES" was born.. Always keeping in mind the big business must take precedence over the smaller one.. My hope for this show is to inspire you as the audience to dream big by listening to amazing people I do business with. After 26 years in the LOAN business I have established relationships with some of the top real estate agents and have a vast network of others who have great words of wisdom like the words I heard...
